Billion Dollar Playground landed on BBC Three and iPlayer on 7 July after a buzzy Australian run, and critics have already crowned it the “hate-watch of the summer.” Across eight 45-minute episodes, cameras follow Sydney firm Luxico’s butlers, chefs and concierges as they field jaw-dropping whims—dog tasting menus, truffle tempests, private theme-park dinners—while sniping at each other below stairs. It’s Below Deck meets White Lotus (minus the murders): simultaneously a glossy feast of wealth and a sharp peek at entitlement in overdrive.
